Back our Buddy – Tégan needs our help
Tegan Malherbe has been selected to represent South Africa at the World Judo Championships in Las Vagas at the beginning of November 2024.
Like most representative teams in South Africa, the trip is SELF FUNDED The total cost is about R55,000 per person. We purchased her air ticket on Friday. There is still a balance of about R32,000.00 that we need to try and raise for her.
I was chatting to a few parents this past week and asked them if they would consider *making a contribution* to assist this passionate athlete. They all said they would consider this positively.
We have over 40 swimmers in NSSS. If each swimmer contributed R150.00 that would be in the region of R6000.00 plus. Those who can, are welcome to make a bigger contribution.
