“Squaddies” embracing the grind

Good Morning All

Beautiful morning in the Capital City.

Setting itself up for a “scorcher”I’m afraid – lovely time to swim though – don’t forget the sunblock and water to hydrate during the session.

Yesterday (Monday 27th) we had a great turn out in both sessions, with some great application by the “squaddies”.
