Lessons learned at NTS September AG

Just a heads up on an excellent NTS Sept AG gala at Hillcrest the past few days.

So, it was an interesting meet with a large & diversfied group.

Some hard truths, lessons learned with every athlete taking loads of positives out of the meet.

Great “gees” amongst the swimmers.

Back to the grind for the next few weeks to work on the concerns that were highlighted this weekend.
